Recruitment:
Before hiring your warriors, we send you some documents to make sure everyone is on the same page about the kind of talent you need. After candidates pass our initial screening based on background, qualities, skills, etc., we put selected candidates through various written and verbal tests to ensure we choose only the best. Following that, we conduct another interview to make sure they’re a good fit all around.

Quality Over Quantity:
When building a customer support team, we believe in tailoring our approach to fit the unique needs of each client in the Warriors family.

Timeline:
It takes about 2-4 weeks to find your team through the recruitment process. Once we discover the perfect Warriors, they undergo 2-4 weeks of training. By the end of their training, they are handling live tickets under the guidance of our excellent trainers. Training continues, so our Warriors are always learning and improving every day.
